• If you want the primary diamond upgraded, then you can contact our customer care center and provide all necessary details.
• For upgrade process, you can return the jewellery item, we will replace the diamond with the upgraded one, and will send you the product again.
• The customer needs to pay the difference between the new and old diamonds and the making charges.
